The Goalkeeper Program will be directed by Lindsay Cobb, Appalachian State's Women's Soccer, Goalkeeper Coach. The program offers morning and afternoon sessions focused on technical, psychological, and tactical aspects of goalkeeping. Evening sessions and a 4v4 tournament will reunite goalkeepers with their teams. More ...
In addition to the Appalachian State University soccer coaching staff, the camp will feature coaches from various universities, former professional players and college standouts. Members of the Appalachian Women's Soccer Team will be present at all sessions and will interact closely with the campers throughout the week. More ...
All campers are covered with a limited insurance program.
Campers are housed in the same dormitories used by Appalachian State University students.
Airport shuttles from Charlotte Douglas international Airport are available at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., the day of registration, with return service at the conclusion of camp. Each team member will receive a $20 discount off of the individual rate, for a total cost of $390 per girl.
A team must have at least 10 members participating in the team camp and register prior to July 5th to qualify for the team discount.
Coach/chaperone bringing 10 or more players is provided room and meals at no costs (under 10 players the cost is $160/resident, $100/day). 15 or more players and the second coach/chaperone are provided room and meals at no costs.
Camp begins at 6:30am and ends at 11:00pm.
