Registration Application

All sessions have limited enrollments.

The online registration form below is provided for your convenience. The information entered here will be returned on a printer friendly page after you click the "Next" button at the bottom of the form. Please print the resultant page on your local printer, sign and return with full payment or a $50 non-refundable deposit-application fee which will apply toward the total cost of the camp. Please use a separate registration form for each registrant. You may pay by check, money order or cashier's check. (No cash through mail.) Enrollment is limited and prepaid registration is required.
